Default Is this Social Security Fraud?

A little back ground. First we live in Colorado. My ex wife is trying to get custody but I don’t think she will.

Here is what I found out:

She is receiving Social Security Disability for Bi-polar disorder.
She has stated in documents to the court (for this custody hearing) that she works 40-60 hours a week as a volunteer Minister. I plan on getting her to admit to this under oath when she takes the stand. She is given Room, board, and food for her volunteer minister position, and perhaps some small amounts of $$.

This is fraud isn't it? You can not get Disability from Social Security and work 40-60 hours a week. The Room, board and food are considered payment for her work right?

Default Re: Is this Social Security Fraud?

Ok after doing some research there is two types of SSDI:

One where you are not supposed to be working or receiving housing, etc.
And another where you can receive help/house/food/etc, up to a point.

They (Social security) can not tell me which SSDI she is receiving so I have no way to determine if she is committing fraud.
