Default Judgment lien on a mobile home
Hi

Back in Nov of 2003 my husband had a credit card debt taht was bought by a Lawyer who deal in this stuff. He went to court against my husband, who was not able to answer the legal papers in time.
The Lawyer got a jugment and lien against our mobile home. In May of 2004, I began making payments of 150.00 per month on a total bill of 2900.00. Since Dec of last year, I have not been able to make any more payments, since my income is from CS. I need to know, can someone tell me what the steps are that they can go through now? Can they just come into my home and take it from me since I have not made any more payments? I live in KY, and cant find anyone to tell me what can be done, i speak to lawyers, and they just tell me to pay.
Please, if someone can tell me what they can do , or where I can go to learn what they can do next, I would appreciate it verymuch.

Default Lien on Mobile Home
If the lawyer has a lien on your mobile home, and you stopped making payments, the lawyer may be able to foreclose on the lien.
