Default Business Registration Fraud in California
I am looking to see what legal action I can take against a previous employee of mine

earlier this week I was advised by my local city hall that a woman was attempting to register a city business license in her name but with all my businesses details business name exactly the same , address aswell as a new fictitious business name statement from the county everything with all my businesses information exept with her self as the business owner

so far I got no help from the county they simply said they can't do anything about it

WHERE CAN I REPORT THIS
PLEASE HELP WITH SOME INFO

I take it the registration was denied. Do you have any idea who the person was or why she was trying to do this?

she is a previous employee very trusted manager that ran my business for several months while I was out of state. I was informed on my return that she had been stealing for wich I asked for her resignation

then this happens

she did not get the city business licence as my actions have blocked her however she still possess a fiction businesses name statement identical to mine exept the owners name ....very unsetling as she can now also open bank accounts in exactly the same name and address as my business and I know there is some legal recourse to registring a fbn statement identical to another

please help with any info

thank you

Make a police report. Perhaps the police will pursue it as attempted identity theft.
