Grounds for adultry, alienation of affection, and wrongful harm
My Husband's affair has left both my Daughter and I ill. He is starting a bussiness with her that as of yet brings in no money. But has cost us money. I am thinking of divorce. Have been a housewife for 35 years and just would like to know how to protect myself. My daughter is still in colledge and living home. The women tells what he and we should be doing.

    Default Adultery & Divorce

Most jurisdictions have abolished the cause of action for alienation of affection. To find out if it still exists in your state, you would have to either state where you are or consult a local lawyer.

It sounds like you should be consulting a local divorce lawyer, to get some insight into your options.
