Suspended in Virginia but needs a PA license

Ok I was suspended in Va back in 90 for not paying fines, but I was working with the courts there making monthly payment and my lic. was suspended till fines where paid off. but I moved to Pa. in 92 and I've been here since. I have a clean Pa record. I need to find out about getting a Pa lic. so I can work and pay my fines in Va. to clear that up too. Whats the first steps I need to take!!!!!!!!

You are going to have to settle up with VA first and then pay the VA DMV to reinstate your license. You can try in PA since it is so old but it is probably still in the system.
