Default Pay cut due to claimed 'industry standards'

I've been told my pay plan is being changed to meet industry standards. Mine is the only pay plan being adressed. According to my research into these standards, all other employees with similar job duties are paid above the standards for this region. What recourse may I have if no other employee has their pay plan changed to meet these standards? Has the company set a standard by paying above these standards? Can the company only address one employee's pay plan? My duties are a combination derived from several job descriptions and I am considered management, but will be paid less than my subordinates. This is being done, I feel, in an attempt to have me quit my job. I also feel that this is a result of my informing my general manager of practices by my supervisor which resulted in misuse of monies and services for his personal gain and fraudulant accounting that resulted in others receiving higher commissions and bonuses. These practices also caused me to receive a smaller commission due to how my pay plan is structured.

I take it that you don't like the answers you received elsewhere?

Those answers presumably being that an employer can change the terms of at-will employment, and the employee's choice to continue working in the job constitutes acceptance of the change?

Those would be the answers, correct.

The answers in question also included an explanation of why this was not illegal discrimination, a follow up question to the original.
