Harassing Visual Property Line Dispute

I bought this home 8 months ago, and was unaware of its property lines 2nd to lost property map from the realtor. My neighbor has now put up what I feel are harrasing eye sores of no trespassing signs and orange colored ribbons that are quite extensive. I have approached this person and thanked them for identifying the boundaries, and assured this person that no encroachment on their property will occur. However, they have not removed the ribbons as requested, and it is becoming quite the eye sore for me, and my family, plus I am worried this may decrease the value of my home if not removed. Is there any legal action I can take to get this visual harassment stopped??

You can check your local ordinances to see if the postings are permitted. If the postings are on the neighbor's property, and are not in violation of an ordinance, there's probably not much you can do. (You may want to consult a local lawyer, who should be in the best position to advise you of possible remedies.)
