Default Debt removed from Credit Report but I'm still sued

I disputed a claim back in January of this year on a credit card in Florida. It was removed from my credit report and I was sued by the collection agency that bought the account apparently from the credit card company.

Is this possible to sue me for something that doesn't even show up on my credit report?
