    Default Revoking Guardianship in Michigan

I really need some help, I am a 29 year old mother. I gave guardianship of my daughter to my grandparents when she was 1 (9 years ago). I never ment for it to go on this long, I had two other children since then and they both had died. I feared after my second one died that my daughter would as well if she were around me ( I know that sounds stupid). Anyway I love my daughter to death and want to find out how to revoke the guardianship. Visitation was never set up because at the time I lived with my grandparents as well. Since the guardianship my grandmother has passed on and my grandfather will not allow me anytime with my daughter, let me see her, talk on the phone. Nothing. Anytime I send her stuff it gets thrown in the garbage, and on the rare chance I do see her she is very cruel mentally and physically to me. To top it off he allows her around 2 different convicted CSC people and yet refuses to let me have anything to do with her.
I don't have alot of money because I am on disabillity due to an injury and being bipolar so I can't afford to hire an attorney. Please someone help me.

    Was this a court-ordered guardianship?

Whether it was or not, you need to have a court give you back your daughter (if the court thinks you are a fit person).

The Guardianship was through an attorney and then went to court to be signed.

    That is a court-ordered guardianship.

You need to go back to court and try to prove yourself to be a fit parent.

If it was through a court, there should be a court order in place which defines what steps you need to take in order to end the guardianship.
