Default Bank account froze due to alleged stolen check.
My question is while a case is being drawn out thru court due to a criminal investigation of fraud and forgery. What is needed for a bank to withhold and seize your account and any future accounts?
Who has that authority, is it the court and if so what right right do they have to freeze your assets until the case is over? We all have bills to pay and if you cannot pay them, then your in a bigger hole than before. What protects the right of innocent people when liars can go before the magistrate and tell them a false accusation, bring up false charges against a individual and have them arrested? Then cause you monetary grief, while you loose what little of what you had? What kinda justice system do we have? How can we get our assets back in order to sustain the basic needs? I feel this justice system and the people use this system as a way of revenge and disheartment towards others when they don't get their way? Any comment and advice would be more than welcome.

Default Frozen Assets
If your assets are frozen pursuant to a court order, you can petition the court to lift the order in whole or in part.
