    Default Vacating a Guilty Plea to a Borough Ordinance

    state: new jersey

    I was charged of criminal trespass ( 2C:18-3a ) and my lawyer advised me to plead guilty for borough ordinance ( 68 - 7) .
    I would like to know if it's possible to vacate the criminal guilty plea even if it's occured one year and half ago .
    please help me .thank you .
