Can They Repo A Car With Clear Title

I have a 7,000 dollor car loan that i defaulted on and they have taken it court and it was ruled replevin. but the thing is the title dosent have any lien holder on it, just my name can they take the car without their name on the title. It's been just about a year since the judgment and ive never had any repo people around my house or any phone calls from the bank and they have my address and phone number, and in the court record's it said docket against real estate but I don't own any real estate so don't know what that means. The car needs about 1,000 dollors to get running again and i don't know if it is worth fixing if they can repo it. ANY help would be great

You're stating that they took you to court, and the court issued an order granting them the authority to repossess the car?

I did'nt show up for court but from my understanding from the court documents online yea. It's just weird because everybody i know with a car loan has a lien holder on the title and mine dosent. I think the bank screwed up and never got their name on it. Also would it be illigal to sell the car to another person since the bank's name is'nt on the title.

If they have a court order permitting them to execute against the car and sell it, then they can do so pursuant to the order.
