Hello,

I have a rather disturbing story...

My Grandfather molested my Mom, my aunt and myself along with others. This is why I want to take action. I realize that the statutes of limitation has probably expired as it occured in California when I was 10 and I am now 27. My question to you is can I still attempt to get him put in jail for the sake of preventing other children from being hurt? I dont know if he has money that an attorney would be able to obtain from him and if he doesnt have money how much could something like this cost me?
