Webcam videos

I’m really not sure where to post this issue but I hope I can receive an answer here. I’m extremely worried over something that has been bothering me for some time now.

I met this guy online some years ago (I was only 16 and he was 40 although at the time he told me he was 25). Anyway, we formed a great friendship until we started feeling more for each other, we fell in love, and I thought he was the greatest guy in the world. He was so nice, wonderful, he was the perfect guy and that’s why I didn’t really care about his age. Well, time passed, we were doing great, until he convinced me to do things in the webcam which I now regret so bad. At the time I did it because I loved him, I never in my life believed he would record me. Some time later we “broke up” and ended things in good terms. However, his new girlfriend found out about me and she started writing to me, threatening me that if I didn’t stop talking to her boyfriend she would do something to me (and I never did talk to him but she was extremely jealous).

I didn’t believe she could do anything but I still wasn’t going to let someone talk bad to me, so I insulted her back, then her boyfriend got in the way and things got pretty ugly. Now she’s saying they both have videos of me and she is always threatening me that my family will find out soon what I did in the webcam (you guys might imagine what). I got really scared, since that was a long time ago and now I really regret it, so I tried to convince her to let it go, she said if I don’t do what she says she ‘will act’. She’s very jealous with her boyfriend and she says she has to have me controlled or else I will ‘ receive a surprise and my family also’. My question is, if somebody recorded me on webcam without my consent, and put those videos online or sent them to anyone, is that considered a crime? I’m very scared because she has me at the tip of her hand and if somebody else saw those videos I would die. I forgot to mention, I committed the error of giving him my house address, my telephone and cell phone numbers in the past (i trusted him a lot) and now his girlfriend has this information of mine too, so that's why im extremely scared. I also have his address and telephone number , the thing is he lives in Spain so I don't know what kind of laws apply there and what I can do. Thanks in advance for any comments/advice.

It's a bit odd to simultaneously claim that you knew the webcam was recording you, but that you didn't know that you were being recorded. But that's another matter.

He filmed you engaged in sexual acts when you were under 18. That, along with his possession of the videos, is a criminal act.

Report it to Police its a crime give then all info you have they will do the rest

But can I report it to the police in Spain? I don’t live in Spain so is there really anything they can do without me being there? Also, even if I did contact the police there and gave them his info, is there any way my family will be notified or find out something about this? Will they ask information about me? I really don’t want my family to know about this, I’d rather let the issue go than have my family know.

I was thinking about contacting the police in Spain anonymously and giving them his info, that way he wouldn’t know it was me (cause I’m scared he would do something to me since he knows everything about me and has all my info), can I do this? And what would the police do to him? because I’m very sure even if he was arrested or something if they let him go in a short time, he would surely act against me after it all happened.
