Green Card Interviews

Hi,

I recently did an interview with a company for a software company. I am sure that position was already filled and they were interview just so that the guy can get a green card.

I would like to know if I can get this checked by Immigration or someone.

You could try complaining to the U.S. Department of Labor, which issues labor certifications for H-1b applications.
