Huge Debt Problem

I have my own CC debt as well as my parent. I couldn't afford to pay the minimun anymore. So I've started to not paying my parents CC debt for 2 months now. They have moved back to their own country. And I just have moved to a new place and have a different phone#. The question I have is should I update the new address to my parents CC, so that if they got sued, I would of know and present them. BTW, they have nothing (no house, car, etc.). Just bank account with the SS direct deposited in every month. The CC can't garnish their SS, right? If this is the case, I can just ignore them until the SOL expired. How long is SOL for California? If they come back to the US for a visit, will there be any issue?

they can't garnish SS income, but if they get a judgement against your parents, then your parents have to file paperwork to show that the money is from SS. it doesn't get exempted automatically.

If I have my name on their account, they can't garnish the money from it, right?

They can garnish against a joint account.
