How can my boyfriend be emancipated?

ok my boyfriend is 16 and wants to move in with me and all we know is that he needs to be emancipated or he needs to get married to me. see i'm pregnant with his baby and we cant get his birth certificate and he doesnt have a picture id so we cant get married the only other way for him to move out that we know of his for him to get emancipated. how can he do that without his mom finding out. she wont let him leave because she doesnt want to loose her child support she gets on him. Also she doesn't want to loose her little slave(him). she makes him do everything while she sits on her butt. the only reason besides child support that she wont let us get married is the fact that while he lives under her roof she thinks she can controll me through him and that she can get a hold of my baby. Please we really need answers the Dixie County judge said he wouldnt get involved. oh yeah and we live in Florida.

ok i just read alot of the other peoples emancipation problems and the answers gave. If my boyfriend cant get emancipated without all that stuff then is there some way we can get a legal copy of his birthcertificate without a picture id. all we can get ahold of is his social security card. i dont even know if we can get that back. Please I'm moving to North Carolina after feb. and i want him to come with me so he can help raise his baby and he really wants to be there. at the moment his mom is lieing to Columbia County High School about her adress because she lives here in dixie county about a mile and a half from my house. she enrolled him there so she could try and get the baby to go to school with david(my boyfriend) and i dont know how all this works hes the father but he doesnt want the baby to be away from me expecially an hour and a half away. he wants the baby to be with me but at the same time he wants to be able to see the baby. he cant see the baby if hes in lakecity from 6am till 8pm his mom wont even let him stay the night most the time. And on the weekends they normally stay with her boyfriend in lakecity. Please i really love him and my parents are willing to concent to the marriage but his mom isn't. His dad lives in oklohoma but said if we really want to get married we should but he cant talk Davids mom into letting us get married. Please i really need advice!!!

Is there anyway you can help me or tell me how to get his birthcertificate my mom is now saying we might be moving in dec. instead of feb. please i cant leave him behind and I refuse to leave my mom. my mom is going through enough(just left her husband). she's tried finding help for me and David and people keep telling her that he can get his birthcertificate if he walks into the gilchrist county courthouse with his social security card and asks for it. Is that true??? i'm so confused I love him and dont want to leave him but i want to get away from his family i'm afraid they are going to try and take my baby. PLEASE HELP!!!

His family cannot take your baby. I'm not sure how to help you. Have you called to see what he will need to provide to get his BC? Usually, you must have a photo ID.

He went to the vital statistics office in Dixie where we live and they said he had to have a photo id and be 18 or have his mom with him. his mom wont get him an id and wont give him his birthcertificate she still treats him like he's two. But what I want to know is if he request his BC so he can get a Drivers licence are they required to give it to him or what? because his mom hasn't even taken him to get his permit yet and he's been 16 for months now and he should have had that over a year ago but she never got off her butt and took him to get it. she trys controlling my life using him. shes even building a nursery in her home for my baby when i dont even live with her. And me and david both agree that the baby stays with me no matter what. Also i heard that if David signs the birth certificate of the baby his mom can force him into taking the baby from me because she still has rights over him! is that true???

He should ask the vital clerk's office what they will accept as a photo ID. For example, some jurisdictions will accept a high school yearbook picture (if part of a bound, printed yearbook).

he doesnt have a high school year book and isn't in this years because he missed school on picture day and make up picture day. Vital statistics said he also had to be 18 is there anyway around that or can he just request his BC for his Drivers lisence??? I dont know how much more of his family i can take. Its killing me to know they are all against us getting married except for his dad and his dads new wife but they live in oklahoma. i cant wait to move back to NC but I want him to be with me because I love him and he needs to help raise this child. Also can you tell me what we need to aply for a Marriage lisence? I know it has to be a pic id or a birthcertificate and social security card but what else if anything?
