How Long Does a Warrant from a Probation Violation Last

I Was Sentence Two 3 Years Probation, For Theft By Deception. I Have Did About 2 Years, Then Me And My Probataion Officer Had A Disagree, And I Didn't Return Any More. Now That Is A Warrant For Me For Probation Valuation? How Long Will This Warrant Last?, And Will It Expire?, Or Can The Probation Officer Recall The Warrant?

it will last until it is served or rescinded.

the PO can request the warrant be rescinded but it is up to the courts to decide to rescind it or not.

My boyfriend is in the same situation only we were in the UP of Michigan and he was picked up during a traffic stop then they released him becaus the warrant was out of Muskegon county is the warrant still valid at this point?

More than likely, yes. What happened there is likely that the adjoining county was not willing to extradite on the warrant so he was released. It won't go away by itself.
