Default Charged at 17
Ky My son was charged at 17 fo no insurance, in court he was fined and given 30 days probated 2 years . He got a pi charge and broke his probation. Does it matter he was a juvenile when the inital charge happened?

If his original conviction was as a juvenile, then his probation violation would normally be handled through the juvenile court. His new criminal actions would not be.
