Default Hearing Loss
You mean, if your injury is determined not to be a work-related condition, how can you get medical care for that injury? Private health insurance?

Default Surgery
If the surgery is deemed unnecessary, or is deemed unrelated to your work-related injury, you would again be looking at such options as private insurance coverage.
