i have a hardship hearing regarding trearment for medical care were there doctor says one thing and my doctor says another my understanding the hardship judge makes the dission if the judge rules in favor of the work comp doctors what are the other opions?as far as getting the medical treatment?its in missouri.
no what im saying is work comp doctors are saying one thing and my doctors i went to are saying another thing work comp doctor saying i dont need knee surgery and my doctor is saying i do .my understanding the hardship judge makes a decission on it.
If the surgery is deemed unnecessary, or is deemed unrelated to your work-related injury, you would again be looking at such options as private insurance coverage.
it was work related they are not arguing that part of it its just the doctors of work comp saying i dont need it and my doctor says i do need to get my knee scoped?
