Exclamation How to Evict My Ex-Wife

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Colorado

In November of 2012 my exwife was evicted from her apartment with 2 of my 3 children ( my son lives with me). She threatened to move to Texas with my daughters if I did not help her with a place to stay. She has been living with me and my roomate since. She is not on our lease and we have NO written or verbal agreement as to how long she can stay. My roommate (who IS on the lease) and myself are tired of her. She is always screaming or yelling at someone (if not me then the kids). What was once a peaceful home is now filled with tension and my roommate is contemplating breaking the lease and moving out if she dosn't go. What do I have to do to evict her?

Default Re: How to Evict My Ex-Wife

You have to treat her like the tenant she is: issue a notice of termination of tenancy. Will have to look but 30 days is typical. If she does not leave by the end of the period, you will have to file an unlawful detainer suit and evict her.
