Can her stepfather press charges?

Ok i live in texas i am 22 years old and my girlfriend is 14 i know that it is not legal for us to have sex. My question is can her stepfather press charges on me or only her mother?

It is NOT legal to have sex with someone that age I would think once Police found out it would be automatic. If not either parenjt or step parent could along with CPS

You don't understand, not only can the mom, aunt, dad, doctor, ANYBODY CAN! Well, they can report it, only the DA can actually do the pressing charges bit. If anyone is aware of a law being broke, they call it in, and the police investigate. If you want to know if the step father can, yes, he can make the call to get it started. I would recommend that you not push your luck, and make anyone feel like they need to call, STOP RAPING THIS CHILD!!
