    Default Plea Bargains

    Is there a time limit on plea bargains? My son made a plea bargain with the prosecution 1 1/2 years ago and we still haven't heard anything about it.

    You mean, he has yet to be sentenced on a pending charge, despite a plea agreement reached some 18 months ago?

    should look into statute of limitations for that state/crime
