Default Domestic Violence
Hi I live in California, And the other day my ex boyfriend and I were in the car and I told him I hated him and he slapped me in the mouth while I was in the process of drinking out of a can which inturn cracked my two front teeth. Than when I went to the dentist they saw my left back tooth has been split down the middle. Now my question is how can I get him to pay for my teeth repair, But i don't want him to go to jail because he will be stay for a while. I just want him to stay the hell away from me, my family, and friends. Also there was a third party in the car who whitnessed everything but they are a friend of my ex boyfriend and I also want to make that person tell the truth and I know they won't. Help!

Does he have the money to pay your dental bills? You can sue him in small claims court.
