Default Paternity rights if one is in Germany
My husband needs to find out if he is the father to a baby conceived by a German woman who is married to a man in the U.S. Army. What are his rights in the law to get a paternity test if she refuses when the child is born in January? She lives in Germany right now with her husband on an Army base and may be moving to the U.S.

Thank you for your help in this complicated matter!

She's a German woman living in Germany? Consult a German lawyer.

I figured since the German woman was married to an American in the Armed Forces, there might be more involved.
