    Default Unresolved Texas DUI

5 years ago I was arrested and charged with DUI in Austin, TX.
I hired a lawyer and went to preliminary court with the judge.
I was in the process of moving with my company to Nevada. I missed a court appearance because I could not afford to fly back to Texas. Since then I dont know what is going on. I would like to know if there is a way to resolve this matter, or is there a statute of limitations? Im sure there is a warrant for me in TX.????

There's no statute of limitations once you're charged - that's when the statute stops running. Consider hiring a lawyer in the county where you were charged, to try to work out a resolution of the warrant and charge on your behalf. There is a probability that you would have to travel to the county as part of the resolution.
