I was raided at 6:00am about a year ago for equitment that was , unknown to me, stolen. I had a reciept and was unaware on how to check when buying. There's no reg. or pink slip for a bobcat. To keep it short let me get right to it. I was arrested after beeing questioned for two hours. I cooperated by letting the CHp search my home and also told them where my other storage yard, which they were unaware of. I was never read my rights. A year later I am exploring my options after pleading no contest due to public defender pressure. He says I'm guilty and I've argued with him for months about everything. I want to withdraw my plea especially after hearing that the guy I bought my equit. from who was arrested the night before me and in possesion of tons of stuff including drugs was given 3 months home arrest and my sentence is a cap of 9 months and I had reciepts and no drugs. What should I do. I am supposed to have new council or get sentenced on the 11th of this month.

You essentially told us in your last sentence. It sounds like the Court has informed you that if you wish to try to withdraw your plea you need to bring in new counsel to argue that motion, or sentencing will occur as scheduled.
