    Default 78 on a 55mph

    I got reckless driving from goin 78 on a 55mph on I-66...I have court next month, and Im 17 living in VA. Ne one know or can guess my penalty? If suspended license, for how long?

    It is my first time gettin pulled ova and I got a clean record

    VA is very strict with their vehicle code enforcement. You can look up the potential punishment on the web with the code on the citation, be sure to look at any additional for the fact you are a minor, which may include driving restrictions, also expect your insurance to increase. Most often you will need an attorney in VA to fight such a ticket and your parents will be involved as well.
