Default Accused of Aiding and Abetting an Identity Theft
I need answers to my problem. I am a nursing student and about five years ago..... I was charged with aiding and abetting in Identity theft because of someone eles negligance. I been so depressed about this whole situation since it happen. I just want a normal life where I can get a job to take care of my family. I have not had a job in 5 years due to this horrific tourture. If I was wrong, yes I should be punished, but I did not commit this crime, so why do I have to suffer? Please if anyone have any suggestions please feel free in responding.

You were charged five years ago? What was the resolution of the charge? What state are you in?
