Filing Chapter 7 Without Attorney in Texas

Hi all reside in Plano, TX and I have decided to file for Chapter 7, bankruptcy.
I have taken the required counselling already, and downloaded the necessary banruptcy forms from http://www.uscourts.gov

My question is can I select what I want to include in my bankruptcy petition or do I have to include all my accounts. For example, I have just enough money to pay my rent and my car payments. One is a loan and one is a lease. Do I have to include these in the petition or should I leave them out because I am able to make payment on them. What I am unable to pay for is the unsecured debt I've accumulated. I've been sued by one company and they got a judgement against me and others are threatening to follow suit. Any help is greatly appreciated. If I could afford an attorney I would have hired one but their prices are too high for me to afford.

Sorry, you can't be selective on this. Effectively, the bk court will expect to 'see' your entire financial and credit scenario. For your cars, you will have an opportunity to either let them go or reaffirm the loan and lease - if the reaffirmation is approved then they get set aside, however, if you default on them later the lienholder can come after you and the car. You shold read more on the bk law - many have found themselves with a dismissed case because they didn't disclose fully - that puts you right back where you started 0 except you can't file bk again. Bummer! Do it right.

Thanks for the info. I am still reading on it and just trying to make sure everything is order before I file. I would have used an attorney but they cost too much and I don't have the funds to fund them right now. Thanks again.
