Sprint Debt and Calvary

So Today I begin my struggle...I found out that way too many people are having the same problems as me... I am getting two separate charges on my CR for the same amount and acct. # I do owe this money- The question is.. Do I pay Sprint or Calvary? I actually called some one today from Sprint and they told me that I could pay off my account with them and that they would take care of the CR but after reading all these frustrations from others I'm worried it won't do any good. Should I ask for a (written) promise to "remove" from both companies before paying or should I just take a wild leap and pay Sprint off today? Help!!! Minnesota

always pay the OC instead of the CA if they are willing. if you can get a pay for delete letter, more power to you.
