Default Father wants to verify paternity
My husband pays child support, which is deducted from his pay and he also has his children on his insurance, his ex-wife sent a bill to him and said that he has to pay for his medical bills, although the insurance paid for part, is the remaining bill her responsibility since my husband does pay child-support twice a month, and how do we go about getting a paternity test done, since my husband feels that this child is not his?

Default Just from my experience
I'm not a lawyer and can't say for sure what of my experience does or doesn't apply to your situation, but in our divorce order, we had a specific section that said my ex would pay insurance and we'd split any costs after that 50/50, even though he does pay child support.

Your husband may want to check his divorce papers, there might be something in there. Is this the first time it's come up?

Default Paternity and Child Support
How was he determined to be the father of the children? If it was declared that he was the father in his divorce from the mother, he probably has no further remedy even if he could now establish by paternity test that he is not the biological father.
