Drinking in public in Arizona

I am 21 i was in a private parking lot that was for people in an appartment complex two bike cops came over and started giving out under age tickets. I had an empty beer can in my hand a cop came over asked me how old i was and cleared me. Then another cop that was about 40 feet away stoped me as i was about to leave and said that he saw the can up to my lips and my throat move up and down, he gave me a ticket for drinking in public. What are my chances of getting out of this one if i represent my self or what would the possable charges be.

Slim and none, whether you represent yourself or have an attorney. Next time, drink a soft drink outside, not alcohol. Perhaps this will teach you a lesson.
