Default Adjudged Guilty
If a person is adjudged guilty to a Class A misdeamoenor (battery) in Illinois, what kind of penalties would most likely be given?

In Illinois a class A misdemeanor is punishable up to $2500 fine and/or up to 1 year in jail.
