and hima and i are in the middle of a child custody case he is trying to get joint custody and physical placement of our son who has been with me since birth. his father and i broke up 1 1/2 yrs ago and i have voluntary gave him vists with our son and all it has done is create problems with our son regecting his father and verbal abuse. so how do the courts look at this when setting custody arrangements. please help me in any way anyone can
