My question involves a marriage in the state of: Georgia
I am married to a lady that is here in the US on a temporary work visa. I am now divorcing her. She had an interview with Immigration and wanted me to sign the paper work for her to get her green card, but I refused. She has been constanlty harrassing me on the phone and begging me to come and sign the paper work. She has now placed an order of protection on me and has come up with bogus lies about me being physical and verbally abusive after she found out I was divorcing her. She has made constant threats to me about how she is going to make me pay. She is still here living in my home. I refused to go to my home and really wish for her to leave. I wish to know if I could contact Immigration regarding her bogus lies as a way to stay in US and what best way to proceed with this divorce? Thanks.
