Collection Agency Will Not Respond to Pay for Delete

Just for future reference, and for anyone may need to send a letter such as this; you want to not only put that the payment constitutes payment in full, but that they agree not to transfer, sell, or give anyone else the right to collect the balance that was not included in this agreement.

So screwed...just received letter in mail today from CA's attorney saying that the offer was for $2000 and nothing more and since I failed to pay by due date the offer was off the table and that I owed the full amount. I did not demand in my letter that they remove the judgment I simply asked them to consider it and I acknowledged that if they could fax or mail me confirmation of the agreement before I sent them $. It didn't even state in the offer letter from them that they would send me judgment satisfaction letter. I was not going to just send them $ and not have anything in writing. I accepted that they were not going to remove the negative entry. What do I do now? I am going to call/fax the customer service rep that I was talking with and see what she has to say.
