My question involves personal finance in the State of: Florida
I went to a bank to make a payment on my credit card Sept 1, the bill was due today Sept 2, When I got home I noticed they dated the receipt for Sept 4, now it is going to look like I paid it late. The credit card I made payment on is issued through the bank I made the payment on. Is this a legal practice? I quit this bank a few months ago because no matter what I did I was always getting late charges. I would love to get this bank with a class action because I am not the only one they are doing this to. Please make my day and say their not aloud to post date a receipt!
Thank you.
