My question involves personal property located in the State of: Florida.About 2 years ago my grandparents gave my dog to the post lady.my parents blame eachother they dont know the lady name and she stop doing our mail .But says a go I founded the lady she refused to return dig stating she had her almost two years.The dog was not to be giving away.All paper work was lost durning a move.I had the dog since she was a week old.In my state what I do to get my dog back?
