Default How to Address Real Estate in a Prenuptial Agreement

My question involves a marriage in the state of:Arizona

When a couple is deciding what to put in a pre-nuptual agreement, can they legally claim portions of potential real estate transactions? This of course would have to be based on market indicaters.

Have a lawyer draft your prenuptial agreement.

You have told us nothing about these hypothetical future real estate transactions or how they would be financed.
