Fired from At Will Job

Here is the situation I live in Indiana an at will hire-fire state. I was fired in July without reason or cause given, My direct boss decided she didn't like me anymore and fired me. Let me see if I can give more info. I am not the first person this woman has fired for no reason, she is an evil person. I can prove that she is having an affair with a co-owner of the company which gives her the power to do anything she wants. I have been told by several people that she had been planning to fire me for at least a month but was waiting for a good reason, she never had one. A few more of the employees informed me that The offices General Manager and another department manager had a meeting with this "co-owner" and tried to get him to fire my direct boss instead of me. I can prove that my direct boss and this "co-owner" are having an affair. I believe that somewhere somehow I cna do something. This woman is abusing this law, when she gets tired of someone or feels threatened she either fires or makes the person quit. Please someone give me legal grounds to get something done.

Unfortunately, beyond those generalities, I don't know what to tell you. It's not illegal to be a bad boss or an insufferable person, even if it should be.
