Default Parenting time with daughter's Dad

    Hi there,
I'm wondering if anyone knows the law about Oregon interstate child visitation time.
My daughter's dad lives in Michigan, and we live in Oregon. She has never lived in MI.
I have a custody order, where I have sole custody, and he has parenting time. I had marked down our agreed time, that we agreed upon for her entire time until 18yrs. (three times a year for 8-9 days, and she can stay longer when she's older, as stated in the order)
The Judge signed the order, and her dad started visiting her in MI, at his home. He now wants to have more time and more visits with her each year. He is presently telling me that he will go back to court, if I don't agree.
Nothing in his life has changed since we signed the agreement was signed.
What are his chances of getting more time? How much more time? Anyone really know??
    Thanks....Mom of the Princess(9)

Is the order specific about what additional time he gets when your daughter gets older, and what the specific increase is at each age?

Yes, I have 3 particular months listed, (although I've been flexible) as well as how many days(listed as 8-9 days)After her last 12yr old visit , I listed that from 13 until her 18th BD, that she can choose to continue the 8-9 days, or she can choose to spend up to 2 weeks, each time.(still 3 times a year)
I listed that she can be in MI, or she can be at other vacation spots they choose.
I did the parenting plan, because I needed to have it, so that I could go and let him visit her while I was in Michigan.( I filed it with help from someone at a state help center.)
I filed for sole custody, with an agreement for parenting time, that differed from the in state, because of his location.
His brother, who doesn't specialize in child custody cases, has told him that because it includes "crazy things" that I added in our agreement, that it has many holes in it. The agreements he's referring to are things such as riding in a booster,(she was 3 at the time), supervised until she's at least 12 and not responsible for childcare for his other children, and not in the immediate area of smokers (which he agreed to but violates). ( The judge did sign it, as is- so I'm thinking that he thought it was ok.)
So, I'm wondering about her dad's chances to have parenting time increased, as well as what amount of time I might expect.
Also, I'm planning on home educating her this next year. She has been taking ballet for 5 years, and participates in many extra curricular activities, in case any of that information matters. (Also, they have live in childcare, and they both have full time jobs)
    Thanks!
