    Default Cohabitation with Kids

My question involves a relationship in the state of: California....living with my girlfriend and our two kids and her other kid. Relationship is over and she won't move out, so I'm going to get a new place. She has no job and doesn't take care of the kids (14 & 7) or house. does she have legal right to anything?

    Default Re: Cohabitation with Kids

If you have a cohabitation agreement, then she has whatever rights you spelled out in your cohabitation agreement. If not, I have no idea why you are asking about cohabitation agreements.

The custodial parent will be able to petition for child support, if that's what you're actually asking about. But you would want to post about child support in the correct forum, as child support has absolutely nothing to do with cohabitation agreements.
