How to Fill Out Expungement Forms

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Ohio

Im not the brightest person and i need to have some stuff ex-sponged. I went to the bar association and they refereed me to a lawyer who wanted 600$ to fill the paperwork out and stand in court for a few minutes. I don't have that kind of money. so i tried legal aid but they don't do criminal stuff in butler county. So then i tried to just fill out the form but it was so confusing. my question is can someone help me fill this form out or make me one up to get anything and everything i can get ex-sponged, ex-sponged.
