Smile Given an Illegal Sentence for Community Control

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

I am currently on community control (Ankle Monitor) in the state of Florida and was illegaly sentenced to 3 years which began in August 2011. What do i have to do to go about getting my sentece changed, maybe to a regular probation or if possible a complete termination.
    Thank you

What makes you believe your sentence is "illegal"?

If you believe your sentence is illegal, then you hire a lawyer to file and handle your appeal. Since you chose to not provide what grounds you believe make your sentence illegal, I can offer no opinion on what your chances of success are.
