YOU can't get such an accounting. You can report any suspicion of misuse to the agency in question, and THEY can get an accounting of every inquiry through their terminals. If you're asking if there's a way for you to get a list of every time you've been inquired on - no, there's not.

It would require a court order as part of an active court case. You cannot simply file a request for that information on the premise that someone somewhere had done an unlawful search before.
