Divorce After Almost 20 Years of Separation

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Niagara Falls, New York but later came here to Arcadia, Florida . I was then abandoned in 1994 , I havenot seen him since then, I do know he has a daughter that is 25 years old and he is still with her mom but do not know where they are. What I want to do is get help from legal aide for a no fault divorce or use a divorce packet , please help me know the cost of all and procedures and how i can get help thankyou so much

If you want to file for divorce, no property or custody issues involved, you can do that in Florida. If you believe you qualify for legal aid you can contact the legal aid agency for your jurisdiction to see if they have the manpower to take your case; even assuming you qualify based on your income, given the present state of funding I am skeptical that they will be able to assist, but you won't know until you ask.

can i get the divorice with out him since i dont know where hes at? and also i have a house i bought on my own, he has never even seen the house or doesnt know it even exists, is he able to include that property in the proceedingd, and what form would i use please so i know what one i have to print out, thanku
