    I hope someone can respond to this issue for us..Is this something that we should even have an issue with..People state that you can easily change words or feature characteristics of some patents...

    Should we even be worried about this?

    If you decide which patent application you're concerned about, you can check its current status with the USPTO; or is it one of the granted applications that concerns you? Did you notice how many patents are described on that page?

    In terms of whether "this" is something "we" should have an "issue" with, it depend upon what you mean by "this", who "we" are, and what the "issue" is. But the short answer is "If you are infringing on a patent owned by Facebook, that is something that could create a legal issue for you."

    You State "Infringing on a patent owned by Facebook" Social Networking sites are everywhere... I guess the biggest issues; "we" "This" ;
    Correct there are many Patents that FB has drawn up.. That being said, we developed a Social Networking Site (Social Commerce Platform) a "niche" that do have many features as Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin...

    But, in mind Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin... All have similar features in there own way... Example:
    Friend Request (FB)
    Add to Network (Linkedin)

    The key word is "Similar" not Exact... The bottom line in... You can describe features on it's on by using the correct language...

    Another thought... Any Publicity is good Publicity.. And if a "Monster" like FB (Scale) comes after a Startup like us... well....

    Please your thoughts... Are highly wanted =) Would love to speak to someone...
