    It's stated the defendant was idenfied by : Washington's Drivers License/ID Card. If the distance was on his ticket (he hasn't stated if it is or not)...and it reads 414.0 ft as well, is the judge really going to think it was someone else? Probably not.
    It is not stated on the ticket the distance of 414'. However it does note the milepost 81 as is noted in the statement. This is the only overlapping information between the two documents.

    Clearly the officer recorded my speed over the posted limit and I am interested in finding a technicality that will allow for case dismissal to spare my driving record. Short answer if I make any of these arguments am I simply wasting my time and irritating the judge or would it be worth an attempt based on what others have experienced?

    You should try absolutely everything. One judge may listen, another may not care about that point. If it's not legally required, it may not matter, regardless of how obvious that mistake is.
    Don't argue with "That Guy". Anything he says not trying to start an argument with you is a deviation from his baseline.
