Harassment by Baby's Father

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: missouri

My babys father and I are fighting over custody.I was told by a lawyer that the babys father can't see his son til we go to court.the father won't leave me alone ever since he found out that I'm going after him for child support.I have asked him several times to leave me alone.he only bugs me through text messages.he will be texting me at 3 am in the morning and i will reply to the messages saying leave me alone frank?what can I do about this?i just want to be left alone til we go to court.I tried blocking his text by cell phone company says I cant.I have his number blocked though

You posted this as a question about the violation of a restraining order. If he is violating a restraining order, you have recourse through the court that issued the restraining order. If you picked a forum and topic at random, it's helpful if you don't do that.
